China's environmental labeling certification (certification mark ten ring) 

 Environmental Labeling (x ring sign) is a standard in the product or its packaging labels, is the product of "proof of the trade mark", it shows that the quality of the product not only qualified, but also in the production, use and disposal process to meet specific environmental protection requirements, and similar products, compared with less damage and low toxicity, resource conservation and other environmental advantages. 
 Environmental labeling certification (certification mark ten ring) is a product certification of the official mark, graphics, the center of the structure of that environment for human survival, the external ring of ten closely linked and interrelated, that public participation in the common protection of the environment ; while ten ring "ring" the word of its meaning and the environment as a "national united together to protect the environment for human life", thus called the "ten ring sign"; allowed to use the logo of the product not only quality standards, but also in the production, use and processing to meet specific environmental requirements, and similar products, compared with less damage and low toxicity, resource conservation and other environmental advantages. 
 Environmental labeling certification (certification mark ten ring), is essentially the product from design, production, use to waste disposal, recycling and even the whole process (also called "From Cradle to Cradle"), to control environmental behavior. It is designated by the state institutions or civil society organizations based on environmental product standards (also called technical requirements) and the relevant provisions of the environmental performance of products and production processes to confirm, and to inform consumers in the form of graphic signs which products meet environmental protection requirements, more beneficial to the ecological environment. 
 Environmental label release (ten rings logo certification) The ultimate aim is to protect the environment, it can be achieved through two specific steps: 
 First, through the environmental label a message to consumers to tell consumers which products are good for the environment, and guide consumers to purchase and use of such products; 
 Second, through consumer choice and market competition, and guide enterprises to consciously adjust product structure, the use of cleaner production technology to enable enterprises to conduct environmental compliance laws and regulations, the production of environmentally friendly products.
